Nursery 3 and 4

Joy in learning begins in preschool.

Your Nursery 3 and Nursery 4 application checklist.

We're so pleased you are interested in Nursery 3 or Nursery 4 at Town! Below are the steps to apply, and we are standing by to answer questions any time!

Please note that Nursery 3 applicants must be three years old and Nursery 4 applicants must be four years old by September 1 of the school year to which they are applying.

1. Application.

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis for 2022-23, and our application for 2023-24 will be live mid-August 2022.

2. Parent conversation.

Once you complete your initial application form, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule a parent meeting with a member of our Admissions team, at a time that is convenient for you.

3. Getting to know your child.

Our expert faculty have designed a developmentally appropriate, fun, engaging meeting structure to help us get to know your child. We anticipate that our child appointments will return to in-person playdates for the coming Admissions season.

We will also work to know your child through multiple lenses including examples of their artwork, stories, or building projects, and insights from the people who know them best: their parents and teachers. Included in your parent application portal, you will see requirements to upload photos or videos, to show us your child in action. Please don't hesitate to ask us questions any time.

4. Teacher recommendation from your current school.

If your child currently attends a pre-school program, we request a teacher recommendation form. After you have submitted your application form, your admissions parent portal will provide a link to send to your child's teacher to complete and submit the recommendation form.

5. Getting to know Town.

Throughout the Admissions season, we will offer different ways to help you "try on Town" as you consider your child's next steps as a learner and community member. We invite you to connect with our community online, and through interactive special events with parent, student, and alumni/ae ambassadors.

Visit our Calendar and Events page for information about in-person tours, which will be in small groups at a variety of times.
