Submit Online Application

Create your family account through our online portal. Once signed in, click on the green button that says "Begin admissions process" and follow the prompts.

Age Requirements

If a child is successfully completing a grade, but their birthday puts them in a different grade, we will assess them for the grade they would be going into next year.

Complete the Observations of Your Child

After submitting your application, you will have access to your portal account where you will be able to review your application checklist, and submit brief responses to a couple of questions about your family.

Schedule Your Parent/Guardian Tour

Through your portal account, you will have access to our appointment calendar, where you will be able to schedule your parent/guardian tour.

Your visit will include a 45 minute group tour led by a member of our admissions team, followed by a 15 minute Q&A with our Head of School, Doug Brophy.

Schedule Your Child's Visit to Town

Once you have submitted your application through the parent portal, our office will contact you to schedule your child's visit.

Your child will spend a morning (about 4 hours) in our classrooms, meeting their peers, and experiencing our program. During this time, your child will also have a brief one-on-one assessment with one of our Upper School learning specialists.

Please note: Applicants from abroad or moving from out-of-state who will not be in NYC during the fall season will be invited to attend a Zoom assessment with our learning specialists.

Parent/Guardian Conversation

Through your portal account, you will have access to our appointment calendar, where you will be able to schedule your 30 minute parent/guardian conversation with a member of our Admissions team

This appointment will be over Zoom, unless you specify that you would like to attend in person. While not required, we recommend scheduling your parent/guardian conversation to occur after your tour and student visit.

Request ISAAGNY Confidential School Report Form

Through your portal account, you will have the ability to send a direct request to your child's current teacher (via email address) to have them complete and submit the ISAAGNY Confidential School Report Form.

Request or Upload Current School Reports

Through your portal account, you will have the ability to upload your child's most recent school reports or transcripts. Initially, please upload your child's end-of-year reports from the past two years. You can upload the Fall 2023 report once you receive it over the winter.

Register for Admissions Events

Throughout the fall and early winter, we will host various in-person and zoom opportunities for you to get to know our community and program. You will have the ability to register for these events once you submit your application through your portal account.

Optional Zoom events to attend:
