Payment plans
Town offers families the option to select a payment plan that works best for them through TADS, our student billing platform. Payment plans for tuition are available from 2 - 10 installments and the option to select a payment plan, including flexible due dates for payments, is included in families' tuition agreement setup process in TADS. There is a one-time $55 fee per family, but no interest charged for the payment plan option.
Financial Aid
Town's current budget for financial aid is $3 million, providing approximately 19% of current students with financial assistance. Financial need is defined as the difference between the costs of a school and the family’s ability to pay for these expenses. Many factors—among them income, net worth, assets, debt—are considered to determine whether there is a demonstrable need for financial aid. Because these factors constantly shift, families are required to apply for financial aid every year. Families with a child attending another tuition-charging school must submit a separate application for financial aid at Town.
Our financial aid application for 2024-25 is now open. We partner with Clarity, a third-party service, to review all applications to provide a picture of a family’s ability to pay. Please note: Financial Aid begins at Kindergarten and is not available for Nursery 3 or Nursery 4 students. Because funds are limited, Town strongly recommends applying for financial aid prior to the first-consideration December 31st deadline. Pending availability, the school may accept financial aid applications after this deadline.
