Hello, and welcome to Town!
I first want to send our community's best wishes for your entire family's health and well-being during this unprecedented experience we are all living through during the COVID-19 outbreak. I also want to assure you that, while we are all doing our part to help protect our own and our community's health by staying home, you have not lost your opportunity to start moving forward with your school search process. The Town Admissions team is here, busy working from home and happy to connect.
After a successful spring term of distance learning, we are excited about the prospect of returning to in-person school experiences. Our Town team is hard at work this summer designing an in-person learning model for fall that will allow us to have all students and teachers safely in the school building. Click here for an overview of our current planning, guided by the latest CDC and NYS recommendations and the deep educational and operational expertise of our internal team, supplemented by continuous learning and review of the latest research and advice from health care experts.
We are currently accepting inquiries for 2021-22 and applications for openings in select grades for 2020-21. Please click here to read about our special "flipped" Admissions process, or fill out this brief inquiry form to receive newsletters for applying families and to schedule an appointment for an informal chat with me. You can also use the buttons below to jump to some topics we know are on parents' minds. Contact us with questions any time at admissions@TownSchool.org.
I hope to get the chance to meet and talk with you soon!

P.S. Looking for some educator-approved resources to extend learning and engagement at home? We are pleased to share with you this Town-curated list of optional online educational enrichment resources, should your children be interested in engaging with more reading, math, or online cultural/museum experiences. These are not intended as part of your child's daily distance learning program, but as optional, fun enrichment activities, in alignment with Town’s curriculum and approach.
